I have been working at Development Alternatives full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Your middle managers will get the most out of you, expect a lot and help you develop professionally. Most of the staff are committed, smart and very interesting people. Interesting corporate strategy.

    Cons

Senior managers/directors and C-levels lack strong corporate communication skills. Often big decisions relevant to the entire business would be floated out and never followed up on. Benefits were not explained very well to me (heard similar complaints).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes it pays to get down to brass tacks on certain issues rather than kicking the can around for a period of months.
