One of the best oil companies to work for as a field operator

Field Operator (Former Employee) Calgary, AB (Canada)

Pros- good safety culture
- good support for work/life balance
- good pay and benefits
- freedom to complete your tasks independently

Cons- too many old, lazy employees
- almost zero accountability
- leadership avoids/delays dealing with problems
- opportunities for advancement/transfer can be hard to come by
