    Pros

-Excellent compensation package, with bonus, stock options and pension funding -One of the lowest cost of medical insurance -Great 9/80 schedule and vacation days -Management and people you work with are great -Fosters more of a family feel at work -Organization tries to do everything first class -Really shows commitment to its employees

    Cons

-Sometimes communication amongst groups is missing at least in IT, things happen without heads up to other teams that may be impacted

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and the compensation benefits in place defenitly make it difficult for someone to leave, as not many companies can match what Devon has to offer
