Not the best company to work for.

Pros1. Overall had decent coworkers.

Cons1. Very low pay given the location.
2. Bad benefits..if you had any gap in insurance and they claim you have a pre-existing condition later on you are dropped.
3. Mediocre 401k matching compared to their competitors.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe honest before you hire somebody that the contract is not for X amount of years, but rather a couple months.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
