“Company is turning around, a lot of change and opportunity”

I have been working at Dex One

Pros – Lots of change and opportunity
Good pay
Flexible schedule
Good people
Company is willing to invest in its people
Yearly bonus

Cons – Medical benefits are so-so
A lot of people have been leaving
Cannot hire enough people
