    I have been working at Diageo full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Gives great visibility unlike a traditional FMCG organisation since it's a small team and hence easy to leave a mark. The company is willing to bet on its people and gives them a lot of leeway to make decisions which wouldn't be traditionally given in a regular FMCG firm

    Cons

    - Poor employee retention strategy
    - Poor training - both on-the-job and otherwise
    - Lack of proper structures and SOPs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Treat people resources with a lot of care as you're facing a high attrition rate. Have a development plan in place for every employee and make sure that the employees are happy in the current climate
