flexible hours,opportunity to make great money,friendly work enviroment,

i cant name any cons about working for dial....it has been a wonderful experience thus far..

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling
    Option to come back later
    Good co-workers

    Cons

    Money plain and simple. They ask a lot and don't compensate very well.
    Not a lot of opportunity for advancement - you need a bachelors degree to be a part time leader??
    Management plays favorites

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop playing favorites and give everyone a fair chance. A BBQ once a year doesn't make up for low wages.

    THERE IS NOTHING GOOD CAN SAY ABOUT THEM

    Cons

    If you take a break....u dont get paid....it you have to pee you dont get paid. You are rated for your paycheck as you rank compared to everyone else.....problem is you are all in different cues.....so you are not taking the same calls.......also if you are 1 minute late, miss a day or have to leave early no matter what you do.....you make 8.00 a hour with no chance to improve it...even if all your calls rank you for 12.00 an hour, you still make 8.00 for the whole week...NEVER WORK FOR THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cut out all the Mickey Mouse shyit. Treat employees like adults.
