    Pros

Very supportive environment with a staff dedicted to the success of their staff. Really took the time to insure I was comfortable with the job itself and helped me through a difficult time with my schedule. Love the employees and staff. Outstanding non-stop training

    Cons

Gets a litte tedious being on the phones for so long.

I have been working at DialAmerica full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The scheduling is very flexible.
You do have the ability to earn incentives on top of your base pay.
It is great workplace experience (sales, customer service, real-time problem solving, working with others to accomplish goals, time management and you have the opportunity to learn from others and gain experience by having veteran agents/team leaders assist you).

    Cons

Some agents would say there are 'cons' at DialAmerica, but the fact is that you're at work. You have to take calls because you work at a call center. Yes, the volume is heavy, but it's because the business you're working at is thriving and growing. That's not a bad thing at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great job guys, let's keep it rolling.
