I have been working at DialAmerica part-time

Pros

management tries hard to make it seem like a family environment,very accommodating with flexible hours,good for someone who ONLY needs a part time position[student,retiree,etc]

Cons

pay is too low for what is required in the quality/production performance goals of the position,this lends to the high turnover,people use this as a stop gap till they can find something better,if you need a full time position with benefits this is not the place to be

higher pay would tend to create a more stable workforce,

    I worked at DialAmerica part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The managers and staff at the local level are usually friendly, nice, and will do as much as they can to help. Good place to make a little extra spending money, but that is all.

    Cons

    The company only exists to make money for its CEO by selling useless services to people they would be better off without.

    Then there is the way the company treats its employees. Employees are paid $8 per hour, there is no consistency from day to day in what's expected or how things are done. They send you home early when call volume slows down (and call volume is always slowing down), sometimes they send you home after just an hour or so after your shift begins and really don't care that it cost you more in gas to get to work than you made that day, turn around is extremely high, and all the best employees leave as soon as they find something better.

    Treat your best agents better. Good sellers are hard to replace.
