Pros

The work environment is great. the people are very nice and everyone get along for the most part. the managers are very helpful and they encourage all the employees and give reconnection when you do a good job. I have been working for the company for 7 months now and I would have to say it is the best call center that I have worked in and I have worked for several. The best part is that the company is very flexible when it comes to the work schedule they will work around you availability to get you the hours that you need. It is only a part-time job but there are times that you can get extra hours when available.

Cons

part-time and hourly pay could be more

    Pros

Quality training. Positive work environment. Excellent management. Flexibility in work schedule. Great stepping stone.

    Cons

Pay rate. Incentives somewhat difficult to keep track of. Instead of a standard cut and dry incentive for each sale, compensation is a tier system. Agents are compensated on ranking in comparison to other agents instead of being paid a set amount per sale.

    Advice to Management

    No advice. Completely satisfied.

    Pros

Easy to get hired and put something on your resume. Just need to know how to read a script.

    Cons

Managers lie to their employees about sales numbers and value so there is no way to estimate how much commission you should receive.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect. Have more transparent goal numbers. Offer full time positions instead of allowing up to 39 hours so you don't pay any benefits.
