Pros

You get a paycheck. Offers some benefits.

Cons

They do not properly train people on projects, then write you up for doing something wrong. They do not update everyone on policy or program changes. Qa is too subjective in scoring. Management is over reactive about small things and only makes negative comments. Csrs don't know where they stand until they are fired.

Advice to Management

Management needs to be fair and not be a part of all the drama. They need to do their job. We have many projects and people need training and updates not rude emails.

    Pros

    When the communication systems are working properly, the work day goes by quickly.

    Cons

    Too many IT problems. Difficult to obtain a full 40 hour pay check. When the systems are not working or customers are not calling, employees are sent home for the day or until further notice with out pay.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate truthfully with your team and stop ignoring them. Upon hiring new employees, clarify the potential of Dialogue Marketing not having enough work to keep some employees working continuously at 40 hours per week.

    Work with you on on your schedule

    Cons

    Current policy of time off-trade shifts. Always having to be asked to trained on other projects. Waiting months to be be trained on projects after asking and asking to be trained on new ones.

    Advice to Management

    Let people know how they are doing on job, besides the monthly reviews.Give biweekly reviews. Do a monthly retrain if people are falling behind on certain projects. Don't let everything fall to QA people. Don't just focus on new hires-people who've been there a awhile need more training on old or new projects too. If a policy changes on a project let us know or if a price does as well.
