Smoke and mirrors, too much pandering. Terrible culture.

I have been working at Dialogue Marketing full-time for less than a year

Pros

A paycheck, and a means to pay the bills while looking for true opportunity.

Cons

Lot's of discontent; employees fill disposable. Management unprofessional, mostly rep's with a superficial title. Minimal hourly wages, and they pay bi-weekly...yuk!

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seek professional managers, from the outside to bring indiscriminate unbiased and proven management techniques. Provide growth path and create a culture of full disclosure when it comes to wages and bonuses.

I have been working at Dialogue Marketing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people that work there, Dental insurance.

    Cons

They do not update changes with client agreements so commissions may be missed because that is not the terms that you agreed to. No health befits (only dental and vision).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep updates on any changes that may occur to keep contracts true with circumstances. If a company has not paid out bonus, dialogue should foot the bill (it is not the agents fault). Annual evaluations should be mandatory.

I have been working at Dialogue Marketing full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Like I mentioned in my title great place to learn new skills, there is always the support from upper managers and willingness to try new approaches.

    Cons

New team members have the negative attitude as this is just another call center or this is just a job for now. Shortly after they drop that mindset they see quickly the new skills and opportunities that open up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give until they can't live without you, and The squeaky wheel gets the oils. If you want to get ahead in Dialogue Marketing Ask for it, then take it.
