Ok

I have been working at Diamond Resorts

ProsThere are good benefits and if possible or available, being able to move around the company is very likely. They hire within, which is great..

ConsSome departments do not treat their employees as fairly as it should be. There are alot of double standards here.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe able to open your eyes more and voice the concerns of the employees. Other than that, Diamond is great.
