Pros

Great product with a sales and marketing culture. Key people have great industry resumes. The company is growing and they have the financing in place for the consumer purchase to be funded.

Cons

Takes some time to get through the process due to the management overlap.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Benefits, travel to resorts, interact with many people from various locations, opportunities to move around within company

    Cons

Long hours, office politics/Brown nosing, if you are not up your managers butt every day your contributions are over looked, high turnover in certain depts, if you don't work late or take your lap top home with you and try to have a life you are viewed negatively...

    Advice to Management

Work life balance should be encouraged, not penalized
