If you love ageism, chauvinism, favoritism, this is the company for you!

I have been working at Diamond Resorts full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Beautiful resort locations, most of them are pretty run down and in need of repairs or remodeling. Most are in tourist areas for skiing or beach activities.

    Cons

Company is growing too fast to keep up with any kind of quality management or employees. The turnover of employees is incredible. Lack of training and communication. Lots of back stabbing to keep jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The demonstration of your favoritism does not motivate your team. Your romantic activities with agents does not want to be viewed by true professionals. Old or young, it is talent that matters.
