I have been working at Diamond Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people is great and the commissions are 10%.

    Cons

Good leads will go to the friends of the manager and "NQ´s" will go to the rest. Therefore, if you are in a sales center where there are not many leads you will be stuck with clients that have been lied to attend the sales presentation and that have no financial income or age to buy the product!

    Advice to Management

RANDOME DISTRIBUTION OF THE CLIENTS! No favoritism and more meritocracy!

I have been working at Diamond Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some great colleagues and locations, lots of money sloshing about high up if you can get their attention.

    Cons

Terrible pay means most qualified staff and good workers leave after a few months or decline job offers leaving everyone playing catchup. Management is always chasing targets rather than focusing on real issues on sites. HR is awful, as is their online holiday an pay system which frequently leaves people out of pocket.

    Advice to Management

Address your pay issues and oracle holiday system or you will further upset workers and be left with agencies over charging for shoddy work. Stop forcing staff to be entertainers, this is humiliating, lowers moral and gets in the way of work.
