    I have been working at Diamonds International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Working here is a great stepping stone. You can learn a lot and network with a lot of people from different brands and travel. But take it as that and move on.

    Cons

    Long hours, overtime is usually not paid. Commission structure changes for the worse and it's usually done retrograde. Lots of politics. Hardly any advancement unless you are Jewish.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to more to the sales associates and stop recycling people. Build a strong team and cultivate it. Appreciate people more.
