Pros

Great co workers, flexible schedule, fun atmosphere working with sports, management can be fun if they are young and understanding

Cons

minimum wage job for the most part, have worked there for 2 years and have had 10 managers, no real opportunity for advancement. the managers cant meet scorecard percentage goal but they expect you to meet it

if you cant do it yourself, don't expect us to do it.

    Pros

    As long as time-off is requested 2 weeks ahead of time, your request is granted.

    Fun, energetic, atmosphere

    For all of you athletes; ESPN all day every day. You never mess a big game in any sport!

    Sales are easy to make and often enjoyable; however, you receive no commission.

    Great Deals on equipment and clothing.

    Not the greatest golf clubs to purchase and try out, but definitely not the worst!

    Decent starting pay out of college.

    Cons

    Takes time for advancement.

    Managers are rather unenthusiastic.

    Upper management could not care less who you are. They are almost entirely emotionless, and very unfriendly.

    For every $10,000.00 you make the company, you will be paid around $300-$411; at times you will earn the company this amount in a two day span...

    The only great deal you get on merchandise is during clearness events.

    support your sales personnel, promote at a quicker pace, understand your role as a supervisor, lighten-up, help to shape and at time change the lives of incoming graduates.

    Pros

    Flexible hours with as many as I need. Good managers, fun employees. Customers are reasonable mostly. Good discount, good products.

    Cons

    Busy holiday season, lots of pressure to make metrics. Scoremore, scorecards, service plans. Sometimes these aren't in the interests of the customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase payroll a bit more, service is a function of the quality of the people you employ and how much time we can assist you with something.
