    Pros

They know how they want their stores to operate. It's idiot proof. If you're willing to learn they can teach you.

    Cons

Not adequately staffed. Chances to move up seem slim. Pay is good starting out, but a decent raise is rare.

    Advice to Management

In order to keep productive associates there should be enough hours available to those who are hardworking. The main complaint I hear is that there aren't enough associates to help all of the customers.

    Pros

    4 raises your first year
3 for the next 2 years
then 1 yearly evaluation raise every year as long as you're there
4 10 hour work days for 2nd shift so you always have a 3 day weekend

    Cons

When the warehouse is slow they ask people if they want to go home. You can stay the whole shift but it is tempting to go, and can be boring if you stay

    Advice to Management

get people trained on more equipment sooner
