I have been working at Diebold full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Work Independantly. Like being self employed without the bills. Like working from home.

Cons – Can be stressful at times. A lot of driving on some days. Need bigger service trucks.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay more attention to your people and cancel some of the meetings.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
