I worked at DigiPhoto Entertainment part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Working at Rocker-Feller Center, NY & networking with tourists from around the world.

    Cons

Garbage Management. Garbage co-workers. Low $10 per hour pay. Not a stabile income to make ends meet. Nosy management staff wanting to be involved in everybody's personal business. Pathetic low energy work environment each morning to start the day. Managers constantly sending employees home very early during a shift to preserve and not go over cheap daily company budgets. Always seemed to be drama over little trivial matters. AVOID WORKING HERE!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop breathing down your employees necks every second like their little pre school kids and chill out. Doing that is the fastest way for employees to lose respect for management. Have trust and confidence in your employees and let them do their jobs. Passive Aggressive tactics against the employees will not better the company or increase daily profits overall in the long run. Don't waste employees time who fight rush hour traffic to come to work to do their jobs only to be sent home early because the "sales are slow" or to "maintain a company budget." DigiPhoto has got to be the worst company I've ever worked for.
