Pros

The culture, clients, and opportunity to do great work. Support for accomplishing the work deemed necessary. Talented colleagues and engaged clients.

Cons

Management seems disconnected and the ability to resolve issues through HR is difficult. Many key disciplines and skillets are not available at every office.

    Pros

    - Company culture with regards to days off, sick days, and vacation days are awesome. But you will need them.

    Cons

    - Hard work is often overlooked due to higher ups taking credit and not caring about the team that supports them. - Very top heavy type company. Often this is the reason their work is mediocre, run of the mill, nothing special. - They spend more time "selling" their mediocre product. Instead of investing in motivating the lower level teams who produce the work. - Teams are more often burnt out due to lack of ability to be creative and innovative. - Getting past "Manager" level is often difficult unless you know the right people. - Most managers are at that level for more then 3 years and end up leaving due to lack of promotion - Their GDP peer review tool is the 1 way to get promoted. However, often the managers who are responsible for your review do not know what you do day to day. They take the review very literal when it is meant to be a supporting factor in your advancement. - The HR department gossips more then most people in the office. Which makes a lot of employees feel helpless when issue araise.

    Advice to Management

If feedback from their actual employees doesn't matter. I doubt a former employee will matter.
