“Lots of potential, lots of uneasiness”
Current Employee – been working at Digitas full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Some of the people are great, and passionate about what they do. There's a great opportunity to learn if you work with the right people. I love that 95% of people don't get wrapped up in their titles. You can propose ideas to anyone.
Cons – When senior management makes mistakes, there's little accountability. Sometimes there is a rush to get work finished as opposed to getting it right. Sometimes there is a great deal of disorganization. Morale is kind of low after a lot of client losses last year.
Advice to Senior Management – Trust your people more often. Don't shut their ideas out.
