“Great Culture and Great Experience”
Current Employee – been working at Digitas full-time for less than a year
Pros – Fun culture, great experience for young people looking to gain exposure to the industry.
Cons – Clients can be needy which leads to overwork, but that's the industry!
Advice to Senior Management – Integrate all aspects of Digitas - Display/Search/S&A/Marketing can appear disjointed to clients and have different goals at times.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
