Pros

The culture is very social and there is always work coming in for Interface Engineers.

Cons

Depending on the clients that come in, the work can be interesting but can also be very tedious and boring if put on client work that isn't too intensive

To keep developers relevant and up to date with trends, set expectations and plans on how to continue innovating.
