They could do so much better if they would only listen to their employees......

ProsGreat staff; good salary; staff very much "there" for the patients; good benefits. San Francisco is a beautiful city. Staff does the best they can with what they're given.

ConsThe management doesn't communicate with the staff; everything is learned by rumor. There is no trust between management and staff. The administration doesn't communicate either and probably doesn't know what is going on. They only know what their managers tell them. They preach patient satisfaction, but they do little to support it. In fact, just the opposite.

Advice to Senior ManagementStaffing, staffing, staffing...Getting everyone on board with an idea and giving them input into the process is a much better guarantee for cooperation.
