Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Dignity Health full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Due to lack of guidance, you could consider it to equate autonomy if you look at the glass half full

Cons

Lack of guidance from senior leadership, communication is very problematic; the information shared is of little assistance. They have the wrong people leading, eliminate from the bottom up but never quite eliminate the real problem leaders.

Advice to Management

Give your leads some actual guidance and direction, they're in a bad place

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Dignity Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are great. Ability to work from home.

    Cons

Very strong "In" crowd. If you're not In, you might as will leave. Severe back stabbing. Management guided by rumors, not results. Management very unprofessional, no direction, changing priorities. Top level officers constantly changing the plan. Top concerns are saving money and following processes. Patient care and safety, and Provider satisfaction take a back door. Sum it up by a quote from a senior consultant: "I would NEVER want to be a patient of Dignity Health". I would never want to be an employee of Dignity Health.

    Advice to Management

Time to clean out and hire productive professional managers, not rumor mongers. CEO is great, but everyone between him and the folks in the street ought to be dumped.
