I have been working at Dignity Health full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

They still have a chance to turn it around...

    Cons

They have been going the wrong direction for about 7 years. All managment meetings are now about money, no longer is is about patient outcomes, quality etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The current management (corporate) is the reason the organization is trending down.

I have been working at Dignity Health full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Due to lack of guidance, you could consider it to equate autonomy if you look at the glass half full

    Cons

Lack of guidance from senior leadership, communication is very problematic; the information shared is of little assistance. They have the wrong people leading, eliminate from the bottom up but never quite eliminate the real problem leaders.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your leads some actual guidance and direction, they're in a bad place

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
