    Pros

Good work-life balance if you fight for it. Pay is at market but fair. Most employees like coming to work and put in solid effort.

    Cons

Business operations being outsourced/acquired by Optum/united Heath. Getting screwed on benefits. Optum staff clueless and not listening to DH folks. Major disaster waiting to happen. Staff leaving or all looking to leave.

    Advice to Management

Optum move was a BAD idea. Pull the plug NOW. Things are falling apart. Optum won't tell you and the staff is afraid of being fired for speaking up

Company is focused on public image and not attentive to the needs of employees.

    Pros

Nice Christmas tree with ornaments put in lobby each year.

    Cons

Pay and benefits are minimal, office is located in an unsafe area, employees have no say in decisions, and very little transparency between management and employees.

    Advice to Management

Worry less about expanding the company and more on improving employee pay, benefits, and morale. Provide more value in the employee. There is no transparency or access to management and opinions of employees means nothing.
