    15 years with them I have seen the employee's pay and benefits reduced, employees are out-sourced to lower paying firms

    Pros: Good work-life balance if you fight for it. Pay is at market… Cons: Business operations being outsourced/acquired by Optum/united Heath. Getting screwed on benefits. Optum staff clueless and not… Advice to Senior Management: Optum move was a BAD idea. Pull the plug NOW. Things are falling apart.… More
