nor very good integration within teams you work in, or orientation to the culture or workplace--just policies

Prosdecent pay. give you time to pickup the job--what you need to do.

ConsDIsregard to new hires completely. Might have formal orientation plan but they are not integrated into the workplace itself. Auto trons. There is an assumption I think on how great they are --or that employees in the market are desparate for jobs. No need to sell themselves.

Advice to Senior ManagementOk at senior level. Operating level, .. Do you care about the culture at that level, or if there is one?

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
