I worked at Dignity Health

Pros

Friendliness of staff. This is a great company with a commitment to their employees. They truly make you feel welcome and valued.

Cons

There are no challenges that I can think of, there is a great deal of room for growth and this company encourages moving up the ranks from within.

    Pros

Flexible about work at home for some positions. Good pay and benefits.

    Cons

Most Managers follow personal agendas instead of focusing on quality of care and patient satisfaction. Generally, be a "Yes Mam", or be shown the door.

    Advice to Management

Keep in mind the mission of Dignity Health, not your personal agenda.

    Pros

Benefits are good, Honorable mission and values

    Cons

Significant double speak. Expectations are not consistent with financial or human recourse allocation. High expectations without the infrastructure or human resource support to be market competitive. Work load are extremely high! Low performers do not get performance managed.

    Advice to Management

Hold bad performers accountable! Develop, or hire and sustain leadership with in in-depth understanding of healthcare quality and evidence-based practice necessary for excellence. Your patients deserve it ! Being 'kind' is not enough!
