“Great job Horrible company”
Current Employee – been working at Dillard's
Pros – Coworkers are awesome and e product is obviously fun to work with.
Cons – No holidays, expected to work when stores are open. Horrible leadership. Management are catty ladies who live for Dillard's and have no personal lives therefore do not understand personal lives.
Advice to Senior Management – Get with the times. Loyal employees are respected and given more vacation than 2 weeks for 10 years.
