    I have been working at Dillard's full-time

    Pros

I work with fun people. I have a great job and am not micromanaged.

    Cons

Very political. Lots of gossip. Most people are unfairly treated by management. Pay cuts for people who don't make sales goals, even if counter has over 50% growth from LY. No support from management, unless you are a favorite. Store manager would rather catch you misbehaving, than stay on the floor to keep people on task.

    I worked at Dillard's full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Compensation and yearly raises are nice.

    Cons

I would constantly see managers being fired/demoted for petty reason. Constantly nagged about meeting personal sales goals and getting credit card applications.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest time into good loyal employees instead of pushing them away.
