Great co-workers I miss them everyday

Cons

higher ups really need a reality check. what worked 20years ago doesn't work in todays market. Good hardworking employees lose their job everyday because of their messed up rules

Advice to Management

Lose the SPH as the only means of rating employee work.

    Pros

    Easy interview process - fill out application in store.
    No late hours(excluding the month of December)
    Employee discounts can be added to 40/50% day.

    Cons

    Unreasonable goals for sales
    Coworkers fight for customers
    SPH could go up but never down
    Punished for not getting enough credit card apps

    Advice to Management

    Coupons and a rewards system without applying for a credit card. Don't have so many people on the floor no one can make SPH.
