Pros

Nice stores,great merchandise and good customer service beliefs.Decent employee benefits and wages.As far as retail hours go,they are fair and so not require the crazy early and late hours some department stores require.

Cons

There is just not enough growth and promotion possibilities.Not enough feedback from upper level in-store management.

Advice to Senior Management

Better communication between the management team and the associates.Better training on operating systems for all management and associates
