“Lack of everything.”
Former Employee – worked at Dillard's
Pros – Lack of supervision
Can stand around all day
They won't fire you unless you steal something
Cons – I can't even describe all that is wrong with this place.
Advice to Senior Management – You need to rework your structure and you don't there will be a lot of turn over and even more important the customer will be very dissatisfied.
