Dime Community Bancshares – “Dime Savings Bank is overall a good place for a retiree or a person not looking to advance to work.”
Pros
The benefits,and the hours are reasonable.
Cons
The lower salary and the lack of leadership.
Advice to Senior Management
I would have senior management evaluate work level management with a little more scrutiny.
