Computer software is newer and seems up-to-date.
Cons
No consistency in the management of staff even in the same depts! If you're talking job flexibility and perks - everything depends on who you report to. Little to no chance of promotion. Better like what you're doing when you're hired because, from what I've seen, that's as good as it gets.
Advice to Senior Management
Get with the times. It's 2011.
