Pros

You really get to do a lot, and a lot of responsibility is given to you. The benefits a re generous, and you really get the feeling of accomplishment.

Cons

This is a very lean company, too many people have too much to do. Too many chiefs, and not enough indians, needs a lot more support staff to help carry the load.

    Pros

pay is better than average, free soda and a lot of free food, they have several parties a year, always open bar. Free beer at worlds of fun every year and gift cards.

    Cons

Lots of office politics to deal with, never seems to be enough people to get things done, cheap tools, unreliable equipment and services. There is a lot of negativity in the air. Management often uses public humiliation to stress points. Frequent changes in management, directors and managers "resign" without mentioning it to anyone.

    Pros

The pay is good and the people i work with are good.

    Cons

management is dysfunctional half the time at best. They are constantly changing everything, hours benefits procedures.. and then back peddling with bad excuses and explanations.
Favoritism is a huge issue your work stands for nothing if you don't kiss up to the right people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get a clue. hurting your employees bu taking away benefits isnt going to help anyone. Then using the excuse its industry standard is crap. I guarantee they didn't lose anything,
