Current Employee – been working at DineEquity

Pros – You really get to do a lot, and a lot of responsibility is given to you. The benefits a re generous, and you really get the feeling of accomplishment.

Cons – This is a very lean company, too many people have too much to do. Too many chiefs, and not enough indians, needs a lot more support staff to help carry the load.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
