Current Employee – been working at Diodes

Pros – I really cant think of any other reason except that we are in tough economic times
They have OK benefits

Cons – very high turn-over because of poor work environment thus you are constantly training a new person who might quit just after the training
Morale is very low thus not a good environment for productivity and creativity

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the employees when they make suggestions on how to improve the work place
Stop poor planning and last minute rush
Talking down to employees is a strategy that never works
Senior management stop hiring a new manufacturing manager every year each one of them introduces new policies that will take a year to implement then they are gone

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
