Pros

Good people, good resources. Good physical working conditions. It is a very big company with lots of intangible positives. "Open" work environment is conducive to communications and making friendships.

Cons

"leadership" does not practice what they preach. It is supposed to be an environment of developing leaders and those under them to become leaders. Instead, all "leaders" take credit for everything good that happens and lay blame for everything bad that happens.

Advice to Senior Management

Practice what you preach. Listen to the people that you are paying good money to help you solve your problems.
