Direct General – “You don't want to work here.”

I feel that every experience is different and only an opinion of what you see and personally feel or went through. No job is perfect and you should be fair on here and show the two sides of a story. Not very nice to bash a company with no reasoning. There are 14 states and there are good people that works here. I personally had long time customers because they love our service we give them in our office!

@ Anonymous. You are absolutey correct in stating that everyone's experiences are different and my opinion reflects my own personal experience. With that said, how can you criticize my commentary and say that it has no reasoning? You have no idea of what I witnessed and experienced during my employment there. I know that I witnessed unethical business pratices in sales and claims. I also know that we were often instructed to utilize unethical tactics, in the name of driving sales. I didn't just make this stuff up. So yes, my review is merited in my (and only my) experiences there. Glassdoor asked for my review and that is what I gave them. If your experience was different, then by all means post a review. That would be more helpful to create a more well-rounded picture of Direct, then negatively responding to another's review.
