Lots of room for improvement

Field Manager (Former Employee)
Washington, DC

ProsThe people made this experience tolerable. Lots of diverse clients and projects kept work interesting. Great way to make connections to individuals in all 50 states.

ConsLeadership is the biggest challenge to this organization. 3 CEO's in just under a year and a half. Company had 56 when I started and was down to 17 when I left. Just a awful leadership team

Advice to Senior ManagementDiversify your staff to serve both sides of the aisle. Provide benefits and leave policies that encourage employees to remain part of your team.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
