Pros

Good pay, remunerations and benfit's.

Cons

Very stringent targets, shift patterns and working hours are generally tiresome. They demand alot from their employees and can be inflexible with request for taking leave. Leadership and employee reward from management has become worse since being taken over by RBS.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management need to revert to the style of leadership that was used pre-RBS take over. Look what has happened to the company and profitability since the take over!
