Pros

Small size lends itself to decent learning environment. Great people.

Cons

Low pay. Long hours, No respect or communication from upper managment. Little to no opportunity for promotion or raises or personal growth. Poor morale.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to invest in your employees. They are the reason DP is still here.

    dogs and lots of lunches and parties

    Cons

    bad reputation in the industry, they keep clients for a long time but gain none in the past 2 to 3 years. lots of nepotism.

    quit
