If your not on the account team, you aren't valued

(Current Employee)

Prosrelaxed environment, decent hours, nice people, dogs

Conslow value of employees outside account team
poor process and support
no performance reviews or warnings
lackluster ideas
not a well respected agency as far as career move
upper management is completely out of touch with their company and employees
constant threat of job loss without warning, no security
lack of upper management protecting their team

Advice to Senior Managementpush the envelope more and hire people who are thriving to do so.
get back in touch with the daily work lives of your employees. Reward those who are working hard and fighting for your company, rather than rewarding those who are just putting in the face time with you.

Nice people, uneven quality of work

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Marina del Rey, CA

I have been working at Direct Partners full-time

Pros: There are some good people at Direct Partners and a handful of super-smart ones. The agency is owned by Omnicom so there is financial stability.… Cons: While some departments are first rate, some are staffed by untrained and unmotivated people. Flexible work schedule means you might not get your project done… Advice to Senior Management: Set a higher expectation of quality and performance overall. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
