    Pros

    Open communications, always developing new services and technologies. Work hard play hard. Management is very loyal to people who have been at the company for a long time.
    Dogs roaming the halls. They love dogs.

    Cons

    Some politics between departments and locations. Lack of focus on what services and clients to say NO to.

    Focus on your core strengths and innovate their. Don't get to far afield.

    Pros

    Variety of clients, small team environment provides for great collaboration and production of work, location, benefits.

    Cons

    Upper management out of touch with the people who are doing the work. No respect for the creative process. Most managers at the company can be characterized as mediocre at best, often lacking in leadership and communication skills.

    Connect with your employees - communicate openly and honestly.
