Pros

It was fun and interesting movies, discussions and conversations with members. Everyone was very friendly and laid back. Great environment!

Cons

They paid lower rates than most. Not consistent work. I was not full time there so I can't say too much more!

Advice to Management

Higher rates for contractors, but all and all a great place to work! Nice perks and extras with free movies and interesting workplace!

    Pros

Great benefits, great salary. A lot of long term employees. great department environment.

    Cons

Micro managers. Plan is run by the lawyers and consultants. Management rarely takes the advice of the people in the trenches who do the work. recently lost some very key people due to change in atmosphere. Management makes decisions with out a complete understanding of the consequences

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff, you will find that they are knowledgeable and experienced. Consultants do not have all of the answers. Think before you act.
