Pros

Fun at first, good pay, great discounts, depending on the manager they do take care of you sometimes.

Cons

Long hours sometimes even 13 hour days. Not flexible at all, no personal life. If you get sick they move on to the next applicant. Never trained me just threw me in the back and told me to have fun. Your only off day is Sunday most of the time. They do not always complete work on a car, just throw the tires on and leave you out to dry. If we are busy, you do not eat, or even get to drink water. Management does not talk to you, until they go to fire you.

Better care for employees, better training, understand we get sick and have a family.
