“Good company to work for”
Current Employee – been working at Discover full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – lay-back culture, the work schedule is 9 to 5, no need to work overtime most time, good gym
Cons – salary is lower than average in the industry, bonus is only 10% for manager level, really bad cafetiere
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
