Pros

The work environment provides many support systems. They have people below and above who take responsibility for team success. The training and available guidance and assistance is abundant. Growth is attainable through mentoring opportunities as well.

Cons

There are alot of layers and steps to be promoted. The process can be unclear because different people have different opinions on what it takes.

Advice to Management

Would love to see a more clear process to move through the defined career path.

    Pros

They really do value work-life balance. I enjoy teleworking 3 days a week and I can get the job done in 40 hours. Boss leaves you alone as long as you get your work done. Very good benefits.

    Cons

The pay is quite low considering the qualifications they expect you to have. You do have a bonus structure but they take out a lot of taxes for that. Also not much room for advancement. This is it. Pay increases very small. Not a very social place either (which may be a pro to some). You just do your work and go home.

    Advice to Management

With the recent layoffs people are wondering about the future and looking around. Would be good if you communicated better about that and did more to make your employees feel valued.
