It was really cool to work for Discovery. Great corporate philosophy. Smart people. Fun deck parties. Great volunteer opportunities and awesome benefits. It was a great name to have on your resume. I am forever grateful for working there.
Cons
Constant layoffs. No long term strategy. Reactive not proactive. There were constant layoffs and a lot of favoritism.
Advice to Senior Management
The management team needs training.
